These are the numbers that appear on the bottoms of checks! If an employer asks for your “ACH info” or “ABA account info”- this is what they are talking about. If your employer requires you to fill out their own form, or to use an online portal, this is the information you would need. It’s also what you would use for setting up payments like electric bills and apartment rent.

For employers who don’t have any automation compatibility, this option will automatically generate a fully completed official banking form that you can email or text as an attachment to your employer directly, all directly from the app. The whole process takes just a few seconds. You can also email the form to yourself, or save it to your device, to print later on.

portal username
Some companies provide employees with online portals where they can login and manage their payroll. In this option, you would use those credentials to authenticate your setup. If you are already familiar with how to setup direct deposit in your payroll portal, then it might be faster to setup directly through the portal using your account and routing information.

Your employee ID is a unique number provided to you by your employer. If you don’t know it, or were never given one, no problem. One of the other methods will work for you.
